IMPORTANT: January meeting is CANCELLED!!!

BREAKING NEWS:

We have been notified that Boutwells Landing is shut down to visitors due to a Norovirus outbreak. Because of this health safety issue, we are unable to use the meeting facilities. Finding meeting space for a group of our size on short notice is near impossible. The Stillwater Library already has an event scheduled for the large Rivers Room, as do most of the other nearby libraries.

Therefore, the annual meeting and election of officers is postponed to our scheduled February 9th meeting.

The SARA Breakfast will be held as scheduled at 7:30 AM at Perkins in Stillwater.

I apologize for the inconvenience, but I trust you will all understand the concerns of Boutwells Landing staff for the health of their residents and any visitors or user of their facility during this period.

A decision on whether or not SWEEP will be moved to February will be discussed by the Board at the next scheduled Board Meeting.
