The SARA 2m repeater is on 147.060 MHz, with a positive offset (transmit on 147.660 MHz)
It is an open repeater and you need a PL tone of 114.8 Hz on your transmit signal

The repeater has a co-ordinated coverage radius of 40 miles and ERP of ~300 watts
during normal grid power operation

It has automatic switching battery bank emergency power. The power supply fails over from
grid to battery and fails back to grid, without manual intervention and without interruption
of transmission or reception

Battery bank emergency power allows operation for an extended period (~16 hours) at reduced
transmit power

In the event of a long term power interruption, the power supply infrastructure deployment allows
for power supply by a portable generator. Power transfer to portable genertor
and back is made without interruption of transmit/receive operation
