Signals from SARA for December.

The December 2017 issue of Signals from SARA has been published. In this issue, a primer for the Dec 9 meeting program “Ask/Stump the Elmer”;  President KC0OIO discusses the upcoming election of officers and SARA mentoring/support activities; Ice Station W0JH 2018 is announced; “On The Waterfall” reviews the steps needed to start using digital modes such as PSK and FT8; and John W9LHG shares his passion for CW along with Wayne N6KR.
